Who we are

Cogran Distribution is a family-run wholesale grocery and beverage distributor based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you apply to become a customer, we collect the information you enter in the application form: your business name, store type, business address, your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you add about the products you are interested in.

Browsing the catalog does not require an account and we do not ask for personal information anywhere else on the public site.

How we use it

Application information is used for one purpose: reviewing your application and contacting you about setting up a wholesale account. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

Like most modern websites, we rely on a few service providers to run this site. Application data is stored with Supabase (our database provider). Email notifications about new applications are delivered through Resend. The site itself is served through Cloudflare, and the application form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser to tell humans apart from automated traffic. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies

The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly functional, such as those Cloudflare uses to provide security features.

How long we keep it

We keep application information for as long as it is needed to evaluate your application and, if you become a customer, to serve your account. If you want your information removed, ask us and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it for business or legal records.
